THE HOUSE

Christilette is a private creative house built around one artist and one question.

It exists to make, hold, and present the work of Christiana. Her paintings, her works on paper, her editions, and the world they belong to.

The work is dark, personal, and intensely alive. It does not ask to be liked. It asks to be perceived fully and on its own terms. The grotesque as openly as the beautiful.

Christilette is the house that work is presented under: a single vision, given a name.

"What if the point of existence is simply to BE and to be perceived in every shape it can take, the grotesque as fully as the beautiful?

I know this need because I am full of it. A desire to create so intense it fills me to paralysis. I do not want to eat, to rest, to speak, to do anything but CREATE, OBSERVE and BE"
